Events
Event Invitations
If you have an event coming up and you need to get the word out, we can help. Using data from your CRM, we can contact clients on your behalf via a mailout, or send more personal emails to specific individuals if you prefer this approach. We can give them a call to tell them all about it or send an old fashioned invitation in the post. We’ll keep a comprehensive database of invites sent and responses and put an agreeable system in place to follow up for replies.
Event registration and pre-event comms
We have worked with various event registration platforms for pre-event organisation and attendee communication. With access to your event registration platform we can assign one to one meetings if your event has this, register delegate for chosen workshops, send joining instructions, collate dietary requirements etc and deal with all pre-event delegate queries, cancellations or whatever comes our way.
Onsite delegate management
We’re also very happy to come along to your event and be the contact for delegate communication throughout your event.
Post Event Comms and Data cleanse
We all know when delegates leave at the end of an event, that is far from the end of an event. We can do all of your post event communication including thank you’s, feedback surveys, be the marketing voice if appropriate for mailing list sign up, google reviews etc. And finally, all of the ‘no longer works here’, ‘is now based in our London office’ we got when sending the invites….we’ll give your CRM a good cleanse! There’s no point starting next years event with duff data.

Our experience of project work is mainly within the hospitality sector, focusing on sales and marketing support.
